Yoga in Kreuzberg Andrea's body has always craved movement; she had always practiced different kinds of sports and dance before discovering Jivamukti Yoga in 2015. She is a passionate Yoga and Pranayama teacher, Flexibility trainer. Her teaching style is based on applied anatomy ( alignment ), body awareness and it is blend of different kinds of Yoga and methods. She teaches Pranayama, Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa, Power yoga, Pilates and her own method conditioning class Strength and flexibility and Holistic flexibility. Her classes are playful, strong, challenging, influenced by yoga, fitness, gymnastics, flexibility. She pays a lot of attention on body awareness and long term sustainable practice. She has designed her own signature class: Strength and flexibility as well as 3 different workshops that teaches.
