Yoga in Kreuzberg Bio Andrea's passion for movement has been evident throughout her life. Having explored various sports and dance forms, she embarked on her yoga journey in 2015, which has since become a lifelong practice. In her early twenties, she pursued her first teacher training to become a fitness instructor, driven by her fascination with sports, healthy living, and the human body. As a Master Flexibility Trainer and the creator of her Strength & Flexibility Training Method, Andrea is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and skills. She integrates diverse methods and practices into her teachings, delivering them in her distinctive style. Currently based in Berlin, Andrea instructs private clients, group classes, and Pilates sessions, prioritizing individual alignment in her approach. In her classes, Andrea balances playfulness with hard work, emphasizing discipline and consistency for enduring results in both body and mind. Her deep understanding of body alignment and anatomy informs her teaching style, ensuring a holistic approach to physical well-being.
